Bombproof cross tire!

This is a solid, bombproof cross tire. I previously was riding the small block eight in a 35c with tubes. I recently converted to Stan's No Tubes and wanted to go to a 32c so I decided to try these out. As mentioned in the description, this is a blend between Kenda's small block eight and the neveagl.. It has the compound of the small block, slightly more aggressive tread (deeper), and thicker MTB style side walls. The net product is a slightly heavier tire that is bombproof. There is no way you will tear a sidewall with these tires.

I'm riding these on Stan's No Tubes Alpha 340 Teams.. When mounting the tire, the fit was so perfect I didn't even ned to prep the bead with soap. The tire self sealed to the rim. I've taken large thorns galore, riding tubeless, they self seal nicely! If you ride these with tubes, you will have the same thorn issues as with any other tire.. Do yourself a favor, change to tubeless for cross, you will be much happier!

Love em

I recently purchased a set of the Kenda Slant Six cyclocross tires to replace my worn out Hutchinson Bulldogs. Tires were very easy to set up as tubeless. They roll fast and traction is excellent. Just ran the Iron Cross 100k race through varying conditions and had no problems. I'm not sure how long they will last, but cross tires never seem to last a season anyway. I'll buy them again!
