Specifically designed for the mud, sleet and rain, the Racing 5 CX bridges the gap between performance, durability and value.

Fulcrum uses a 24mm deep eyeleted alloy rim to balance weight savings with outstanding strength. Double butted aero stainless steel spokes and traditional alloy nipples offer further durability, efficiency, and easy maintenance. Fulcrum's 5-Axis spoke anchoring ensures perfectly uniform tension, extending strength and impact resistance.

The Racing 5 CX hubs feature over-sized bodies for rigid performance and responsive handling. Precision machined races and top-quality steel ball bearings deliver silky smooth performance and complete serviceability. Double gasket seals are specially designed to withstand dirt, mud and other off-road elements.

The Racing 5 CX Wheelset features 16 spokes laced radially on the front wheel, and 21 on the rear wheel, laced in Fulcrum's Two to One pattern. 130mm rear spacing. 700c. Compatible with Shimano/SRAM 10-speed cassettes and Shimano's newest 11-speed systems. Claimed weight: 1760g.
