Fulcrum Racing 3 Clincher Wheelset

The Racing 3 is the middle-range model from the Fulcrum Wheels collection. Aesthetically aggressive, Racing 3 offers the same technical solutions as the finer Racing 1 or Zero at a lower price. It is the ideal wheel for competitions as well as for daily training.

The 26 mm high aluminum rim, has been made lighter by Fulcrum's patented facing process. The upper bridge does not have any spoke holes, saving weight by not requiring rim tape, while increasing torsional stiffness.

Oversize hubs, with aluminum body and axle, contain adjustable hi-precision bearings for an unparalleled performance. The 2 mm stainless steel spokes sport an aerodynamic profile that favors aerodynamic penetration and reduces the formation of vortices. There are 16 spokes on the front wheel and 21 on the rear one. The front wheel features radial spoking whereas the rear wheel spoking is crossed and doubled on the right side.

Like the entire Fulcrum range, Racing 3 wheels incorporate the patented Dynamic Balance: Fulcrum's precise engineering evenly distributes the wheel's rotating weight, allowing for crisp and predictable handling at the lowest possible weight.

Color: Black. Size 700c (622mm ISO). Includes new Fulcrum quick-release skewers with improved leverage and cam action. Also includes spoke anti-rotation tool, nipple guide magnet, and magnet attracting nipple insert.
