The Mares AX 2.0 Disc pushes the limits of performance and value while delivering reliable stopping power in the messiest 'cross conditions.

The triple butted alloy frame coupled with a tapered head tube and new carbon fork make this frameset stiff, light and affordable. Top tube routed cables ensure reliable braking and shifting through muddy conditions.

With the CX-specific "Bull Dog" carbon fork comes more efficient front brake cable routing as well. Focus uses a fork crown mounted housing stop for better stopping power and modulation.

The component spec. is just as solid with a Shimano 105 drivetrain, FSA cranks and cockpit, Tektro mechanic disc brakes and Concept SL wheels.
