Great shoe for the dollar. Foot does fall asleep - my fault?
Before I begin, let me preface by saying you can't find a better shoe for the typical sale price between $35-$45.
Also do listen to the other reviewers as they shoes run large. I also have wide feet, and ordered a size smaller and they fit fine with room to spare at toes and sides.
Pretty light, love being able to walk around while still using clipless pedals (ie great for mtn biking and commuting). Cheap. Easy to remove foot pad for easy cleaningreplacing. I have a fat bike and bike in the sand, and it is very easy to get the sand out of 99% of the shoe (the cleat can get some wedged in, but not the fault of the shoe).
Some rubber manufacturing issues around where the cleats sit causes it to restrict the full movement you'd otherwise have with the cleat generally. The left and right shoe rubbers don't even match on mine so the cleats aren't placed exactly the same offset. Ones a little closer to center (which I need as I have wider feet).
My feet fall asleep on mountain biking rides over 30 minutes. It's not the hardest thing to deal with, but not a problem I had with my Giro road shoes. I'm also not sure what causes this, a cheap shoe design or bad placement of food? I've tried several cleat positions and not been able to completely get rid of it.
