cumbersome to use, velcro strap covers most of the reflective stripe

compared to the standard wrap-&-stick, these bands a real pain to use. you have to fiddle around to get the end through the plastic loop -- an idea which seems completely unnecessary. this does however make it quite secure once in place. plus, unless you're Godzilla, the velcro strap will cover most of the nice reflective stripe.
