Worn by Tour de France pro road riders and on the World Cup XC mountain bike circuit. Bell's Volt helmet is top of the line, using the Twin Axis Gear (TAG) fit system which adjusts to the up/down position of the occipital lobe (the bump on the back of the head) as well as circumferentially. Also, 22 vents to keep cool and Thermodynamic X-Static padding helps keep this helmet anti microbial and quick drying. Includes VPV adjustable visor and visor plugs. Cam-lock levers for strap ear adjustment. In-mold construction extends to bottom. Internal reinforcement. 22 vents. 320 grams (Size Medium).

Vents well and on the first ride with it, I forgot it was on my head

This helmet is outstanding. I always used the Giro Atmos and I thought that vented well, the volt vents well and is also very comfortable. The giro didn't fit my head perfectly and when I switched to Bell, all my head discomforts and hot spots went away. I highly suggest at least trying it out for a ride or so, also, not to mention it's their highest end helmet but it's well worth the extra dollars for comfort. On the first ride that I used it on, I forgot that it was there completely.
