Got this for map pocket,mesh pockets,ease of switching from bike to bike.Front pocket is hard to get maps in,mesh pockets are to short,zippers face the front so they arn't protected,wheel throws rain into them.Map pocket has a snap to keep it open and the pocket is too small.I think 12-14$ would be a fair price.My last BB product.Oh yes i got another mounting bracket from BB the only easy way to switch it 13$ and took a week before they even shipped it.you can do better than this bag,and cheaper.

I bought this for my commute and the occasional brevet. The material is good quality. The mounting system is rigid and reliable. Before purchasing, I confirmed with the mfr the material is water resistant.

The side net pockets are shallow because of the overall size of the bag. Anything as big as a snack bar will protrude from the opening. These pockets do not have any closure mechanisms. A hook and loop material closure would help.

The front flap contains and clear map pocket. This is exposed when the flap is pulled back over the top of the bag and secured with the single snap. Securing the flap in this position requires some getting used to. Not an issue for the occasional use.
