Made from plasticised, glass-injected Nylon to prevent damaging rims and to ensure a long life span. Lever on one side and a hook on the other. Hook is for placing on spokes in order to hold lever in place during tire removal. Comes in a set of three. They are blue and say Park Tool on them.

cheap, simple, good

Good for the causal user. Cheap but works well for the two tires I used them on. Comes with a nice clipholder that keeps the 3 levers together when in storage not shown in picture.
