pretty, but not rain proof

I got this jacket because it was supposed to be very water resistant. It isn't. I found my sleeves were soaked even when I was freezing, due to water coming through them. Believe me, it wasn't due to sweating. Also, I found the sleeves were a little short, and the body also. PI seems to be trying too hard to make a cute jacket, that it is, but my jerseys peek out the bottom and my wrists get cooler than they should. Order up.
