Michelin Dynamic Tire

You get what you pay for, I had these tires for 2 months and have had 3 flats. All of the flats were due to punctures in the tire and in the sidewall. One of the flats I believe to be from a rock. If you ride more than ten miles away from your house and dont like to pack pumps and a patch kit this tire may leave you with a long walk. If your going to buy these tires buy extras and plan on replacing them often, as I have noticed the soft tire wares quickly.

Even with the smallest amount of sand or dirt on the road I noticed these tires slipping in the hard corners. I dont know about you but I dont sweep the corners before I get competitive with my friends. they role nicely but if you love to push it trew corrners you may find yourself not felling confertable, and your friends with more expensive tires breaking away.

I just ordered the grand prix 4 seasons and Im hoping its true that you get what you pay for. The price is 4 times as much. But I hate wasting my work out sitting on the side of the road or walking.

If you want a great tire that is affordable this is the one. It has a supple feel unlike nearly all the tires remotely close in price, and it rolls well due to its lack of tread and supple casing. Simply feeling the way the casing bends tells you why this tire rides so nice. It also is not overly covered with rubber which slows down a tire more than anything. They do run large after use, so the 25c will be come about a 27c for example. It is not a good tire in the 32c size due to the extremely tall and narrow shape. There is another superb tire for that category that is cheap.

If a person puts a latex tube in this tire they say not to but it works of a 25c size, I would wager it is as good as the high end michelin, conti or other if they are equipped with a standard butyl tube of 90g. I know it seems hard to believe, but try it. I have used them all nearly. The downside is weight... but clinchers are not the place to go if your worried about that to start with. None are a tubular.

I needed 700X32C street tires for my hybrid recreational bike, the Dynamic exceeded my expectations. Easier rolling and a smoother ride immediately noticeable, picked up a ton of speed over my old tires, transformed my hybrid slug into a touring bike. Used with Michelin A2 Airstop tubes. For what these tires cost, I wasn't expecting this much of a performance increase, great value for the money.
