Rechargeable batteries are easily jarred out of the battery pack.

I bought this light as a night time road cycling light. It is very bright, but the light goes out easily as you go over light bumps in the road, apparently due to a poor design of the battery holderpack, which allows the batteries to easily become unseated from the contacts. Its too bad because when it does work it is an excellent light. Apparently this light has been discontinued, and I notice it tends to be on sale on lots of web cycling retailers. I would avoid.
