Nobody REALLY wants to ride indoors...
.. but if you have to, this is the trainer to be on. I've used Blackburn, Cycle-Ops and Minoura brand trainers and I must say I like the Kinetics better. The flywheel is smooth and heavy. I like the feel while riding. It's easy to attach and the bike is completely stable. A snap to put together also.
