A lightweight and waterproof GORE-TEX®multi-activity shoe with high levels of comfort and excellent underfoot cushioning. The patent pending Fascia-band aids propulsion efficiency of the running cycle and provides support. Ideal for compact dirt, mud, and wet grass, whether sprint training or doing long distance running. As with all Inov-8 shoes, the 312's are designed to simulate a barefoot type feel in all conditions by providing comfort and a level footbed. You will be amazed at how comfortable they are and how well they grip the ground.

When choosing a size for an Inov-8 shoe, please keep in mind that they run small. If you normally wear a women's 8, for example, in another running shoe, you will probably want an 8.5. If you like a roomy toe box, occasionally wear an 8.5, or wear thick socks, you'd probably do best with a 9. The forefoot area of the RocLite 312 shoes is very slightly wider than the 318s or the 345s. Of course, if you get the shoe and want a different size, you can return the shoes to us in new condition for exchange. Red or Navy.
