Keeps you going, and going, and going

I first got turned on to this product when I was on a PAC Tour transcontinental bike tour where we averaged well over 100 miles per day. After the first few days, I was starting to bonk toward the end of each day's ride. One of my fellow riders suggested I try this stuff. A couple bottles of Sustained Energy mix early in the day made all the difference I started finishing each day strong instead of limping in.

While I can't say it's the most tasty drink out there, it is drinkable. Add a little chocolate Hammer Gel and you can almost convince yourself that you're drinking a chocolate shake.

I now swear by Sustained Energy whenever I'm doing a ride more than 100 miles.
