They work

Ate a packet before a 2 hour workout in the gym and had one of my best sessions ever. Tried another a couple days later to see if it was just a fluke but again had a great workout. Only a sample of 2 but batting 1000 so far.

Great alternative to gu gels

Great alternative to regular gu gels. These look like soft lollies but are so much easier to eat due to their texture. They don't stick to your teeth like soft lollies do either. Blueberry-Promegranate flavour is awesome. Slightly more expensive than gu but you get twice as much.
