The Fizik Antares has nice blend of the features of the Arione and Aliante. Flat like the Arione and wide in the back like the Aliante for more support. Carbon reinforced Nylon shell flexes with the rider and provides shock absorption. More padding in the nose great for riders with a forward position. Features integrated clip system (ICS) compatible with Fizik Blin:k light and saddle bag. 275mm Long x 142mm Wide (at widest point). Black with white wings. Braided carbon rails. 150 grams.

Best light weight saddle with outstanding comfort and fit

Saddles are so subjective for every rider I can only attest for me. I have always liked the Fizik line for fit and comfort. This "Antares" was a step up from a carbon CX that is also excellent. I really bought it because it was lighter and looked cool with the two tone leather cover. For me a larger rider at 235 lbs but tight, narrow muscular butt it fits like no other. The center section has a slight upward arch that flexes just right. The rear is a little wider and offers great support and is cut away a bit more on the sides so I get no thigh rubbing. Carbon rails required a special carbon rail mount kit for Ritchey single bolt seat post about $ 16 bucks but works perfect. For me, the best saddle out there.
