Great for fast training rides where weight, performance, and durability are a concern. Low rolling resistance tread coupled with a 60 tpi per ply (3 ply = total 180 tpi) casing for great ride feel. One ply specifically for puncture protection. Folding bead for light weight.

Great tire for the price!

This tire is light, smooth, and durable. No flats over 1500 miles and fewer cuts than my previous Michelin Krylions. I ride some rough roads and some pretty debris strewn bike lanes and these really hold up to the punishment, while giving a good ride on smooth roads as well.

Great tire at an excellent price.

I've been riding Ultra Race tires for nearly 5 years and have logged over 12,000 miles with less than 6 flats. Typically I have to change the tires due to wear without ever having to change a flat. Nearly bullet proof. Build quality is very good and the value is great.

I run these on both of my high end road bikes. Have had them upwards of 50 mph downhill, 35 mph through curves and on rough roads and they've never let me down. I run a repair shop on the side and have installed over 30 pairs of these since 2008 with only one complaint. Not a bad deal there.

About to order 6 pairs for customers.

Highly recommended.

Price seem too good. Here is why!

I bought these as training tires. I immediately noticed that the seam was misaligned by as much as a one 16th of an inch in certain sections. This can only result in reduced durability and unsmooth rolling.

On both packages, the tire was positioned so that this defect was hidden from consumer until package was opened. Pretty crappy! Spend a bit more for a decent tire
