Continental Race King Supersonic

Fast tire for dryhard pack conditions. Good traction and predictable cornering. The tire is narrow for it reported size. Their 2.2 is more like most other's 2.0

Very fast, light and nice tire. Mine came with my cannandale Scalpel Team. They lasted three weeks in the desert of AZ before the sidewalls were shot. I am tempted to get anouther pair since they were nice while they lasted.

Having put these tires to so many difficult terrains with great confidence, all I can say is that these tires do live up to "HAND MADE" in Germany. I did not expect these tires to handle the rough terrain of the Santa Monica State Park. They do. I have encountered moments when I thought I was going to fall, but the tires help the bike stay put like a young and healthy mountain goat. But, as the German Manufacture says on its label, these tires do not have the same protection as the Continental Protection. So far, both my husband and I have been very lucky. Also, these tires are very beautiful. On the trail, I have not yet seen such beautiful tires. Beautiful but GREAT!
