The Vectran belt (developed and patented by Continental) delivers even better puncture protection than the GP3000. Vectran is more flexible and lighter than other puncture resistant materials, offers more cut resistance than Aramid, and is five times stronger than steel. It saves 5g of weight and surpasses the flexibility of the Nylon double breaker layer used in the GP3000. Continental has improved on their innovative Silica rubber compound, increasing the handling threshold for safer and faster cornering while reducing rolling resistance. A new anti-cracking formula reduces the affects of UV and increases mileage. Does NOT contain Black Chili compound. Size 700 x 23mm (23-622 ISO). 230 grams per tire. White tread with black sidewall.
