I own the Campy all Ti 11-23 cassette. I purchased it to install on my Pinarello Dogma magnesium machine, i.e., quality on quality, if you know what I mean. So far I am well pleased! I keep it clean, well lubed, and it shows no sign of wear after 2,000 plus miles. I could be wrong, but I don't see this cassette wearing out for a long long time -- and it weighs nothing!
Pros lightweight, beautiful, long wearing they say as long, if not a longer life than steel. Shifts nicely. Lock ring supplied.
Cons High priced, but then you get what you pay for. All sprockets are Titanium except for the 11-tooth, it is made of a lightweight steel alloy this is not really a negative, but why not go all the way with this cassette, as did Campy with their 12-25?
All in all, I recommend this type of cassette if you own a very lightweight ride which you intend on making even lighter. Also, if you have a high-end cycle, why not treat it to a specialy item such as this. Remember, this is not a fast-wearing gem made of an aluminum alloy, nope, this magnesium will last if the owner keeps it clean and well lubed!
Cheers!
