This shell combines true breathability, rain and wind protection, and is compact enough to stuff in a jersey pocket. The Assos ClimaJet is made from a truly revolutionary "active membrane" fabric that is highly breathable when it's dry out, yet becomes highly water resistant when it gets wet. The fibers in the fabric actually swell as they absorb moisture reducing the moisture permeability to provide protection when its needed.
