What started as a local bike club selling its excess imported tires has grown to be one of the most popular internet retailers in the country. We purchase in large volumes and pass the savings on to you. Our management and staff are avid cyclists and racers. We sell the products we like to use, love to share our knowledge, and pride ourselves in providing the best customer service around.
We're located in Portland, Oregon - a city known for it's fantastic cycling culture. We work hard to provide great service. We inventory everything we sell, so if your order arrives before 2:00PM Pacific Time (5:00PM Eastern), it's almost always shipped the same day (Mon-Fri). If you need something in a hurry, give us a call and we'll figure out the best way to get it to you.
We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all the products we sell. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply return the item within 30 days in new and unused condition and we will gladly exchange it or refund your purchase price. See our Shipping and Returns page for details.
Any product bought from us carries the full manufacturer's warranty. We handle all warranty claims directly so you don't have to deal with the manufacturer. We make sure you get satisfactory warranty service and can often provide faster turn-around than you might otherwise achieve.
